Strength training class will involve the combination of weight training and body-weight exercises, using a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands and any other equipment you can find in your household (water jug, paint cans, etc!)
This class will sculpt your arms, backs, legs, and glutes which will make you feel sore and energized!
Boot Camp workouts will vary every class and will be a mix of body weight training, speed and aerobic exercises. Boot camp is a high intensity interval training that will wake up those muscles and get that heart pumping.
Instructor Julie Wallace
Julie has a bachelors of science in Health and Physical Education and a minor in Recreation Management and Coaching from Lock Haven University of PA. She is certified through NASM as personal and group trainer with her certifications in TRX, Within the past few years Julie has been the wellness director at Boyertown YMCA and a group instructor for boot camp/family bootcamp, Spin, kickboxing, TRX, and Pilates classes. Julie loves to motivate her classes to hit their goals. Workouts are designed to be different each class, challenging, and of course fun. She strives for sweat, calorie burn and the feeling of achievement.
