Body Blast is a blend of low impact cardio to increase your heart rate and resistance training for maximum fat burning and body sculpting.  This basic, yet intense workout is for all fitness levels.  We will use a variety of fun cardio, resistance bands, hand weights and weighted balls.  This class is designed to sculpt your entire body!

*We will not be using drop in or punch cards as we need everyone to register so we have an accurate class roster in case we need contact tracing.*
