20 minutes of high energy Zumba + 20 minutes of Zumba Toning + 20 minutes of floor work & stretching = The fastest 60 minutes of a fun, total body work-out that will keep you coming back for more!! It’s an exercise smorgasbord for your body and mind so you can shape up and de-stress!!! Bring an exercise mat, light weights (preferably “Zumba Toning Sticks” if you have them), a water bottle and a towel!!!
