10:30 AM - 12:00 PM    Kitchen Wizards Cooking Workshops for Kids - Chocolate for Christmas
Chocolate for Christmas (ages 8-12) - Learning how to make these candies will help kids discover that homemade gifts are the best gifts - for teachers, parents, and other family members. Cupcake Decorating (ages 8-12) - Is your child ready to be the next Cake Boss?  Participants will learn the basics of decorating with buttercream frosting.  We'll discuss primary/secondary colors, tint frosting, fill pastry bags and practice with a few popular tips.  Then, kids will be given one vanilla and one chocolate cupcake on which to create their masterpieces.

Are you new to Yoga?  This class is a beginner yoga class.  This calming stress-relieving yoga class teaches you how to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Poses are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail.  Recommended for those newer to yoga or working with special concerns.  Perfect for the student looking for a gentle experience or those who need a change of pace. Are you ready for a one hour full body workout?  Set to today's hottest music, Body by Barre fuses ballet, pilates, sports conditioning and stretching.  The moves are low impact, but will have intensity intervals of strength training followed immediately by deep recovery stretching.  This regimented routine will evenly sculpt and quickly transform the entire body, resulting in a toned, trim physique.  Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by upper body exercises.  The ballet barre is used for flexible training, and to sculpt the lower body and abs.  Class ends with core work and stretching.  Many of the stretches and strengthening exercises are endorsed by sports medicine physicians and orthopedists.  Required for class:  Yoga MatInstructor:   Aesha TahirBio:I believe strength is power, and anyone can improve their fitness level. Are you new to Yoga?  This class is a beginner yoga class.  This calming stress-relieving yoga class teaches you how to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Poses are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail.  Recommended for those newer to yoga or working with special concerns.  Perfect for the student looking for a gentle experience or those who need a change of pace. Are you ready for a one hour full body workout?  Set to today's hottest music, Body by Barre fuses ballet, pilates, sports conditioning and stretching.  The moves are low impact, but will have intensity intervals of strength training followed immediately by deep recovery stretching.  This regimented routine will evenly sculpt and quickly transform the entire body, resulting in a toned, trim physique.  Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by upper body exercises.  The ballet barre is used for flexible training, and to sculpt the lower body and abs.  Class ends with core work and stretching.  Many of the stretches and strengthening exercises are endorsed by sports medicine physicians and orthopedists.  Required for class:  Yoga MatInstructor:   Aesha TahirBio:I believe strength is power, and anyone can improve their fitness level. A new creative opportunity opened up, and she began teaching art workshops to children, teens, and adults in Libraries throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Instructor:  Kate WilcoxKate is a 200-hour RYT and a certified Yoga and Mindfulness in Children instructor.
