Looking to raise the bar with your cooking game?  Include something a little fancier for those special occasions?  (Anniversary, small dinner party, etc.)  Whether you're a beginner or just looking to learn something new, here are the best virtual courses to take right now!  

The talented chefs at Northampton Valley Country Club Tavern on 10 are here to teach you how to create some flavorful and delicious entrées - from appetizer to dessert!  Register for one, two, or all of the delicious selections below to receive a shopping list of ingredients as well as a link to a video for step-by-step directions from the chefs themselves!  These pre-recorded videos range from 25-30 minutes so you can learn at your own pace.  Welcome to five star dining- right in your very own kitchen!

#1:  Fresh Fruit tray with fig dip and apricot jam, Garlic roasted salmon over sautéed spinach with caramelized potatoes au gratin, chocolate flourless cake and vanilla mousse ganache’.


 
#2:  Cream of roasted cauliflower soup with red pepper coulis, Merlot braised short rib over horseradish mashed potato with bacon rendered Brussel sprouts, Tiramisu

 

#3:  Roasted chicken and black bean dip with herbed pita chips, Rosemary infused pork chop with herbed red bliss potatoes and Asian marinated spinach salad, Ginger Crème Brule


 
#4:  Cacciucco Alla Fiorntina (Scallops, Clams, mussels, calamari, capers, Kalamata olives in a rich tomato sauce), Spiedino di Gamberetti e vegetali con Risotto allo Zafferano (shrimp and vegetable skewers over saffron risotto), Creppe Ai Lamponi con Gelato (crepes, raspberry,  ice cream, caramel sauce)
