Yoga - OUTDOOR Evening Yoga
Embrace the elements this summer by getting out of the studio and into nature. Being outdoors will give you the access to whole other world of sensations. You will be able to learn deeper focus, internal awareness, deep breathing, and practicing stillness by feeling a part of a boundless existence, at one with an intelligent and sympathetic universe. Practicing on uneven surface like the grass will help build the secondary muscles of your feet, hips, knees, spine, and shoulders.

- Early Resident Savings –(ERS) Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS). The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process.
