Evening Yoga is the perfect way to end your day.  This class will give you energy and help you focus throughout your day.  Join instructor Aesha Tahir in the Northampton Municipal Park for this gentle restorative approach to yoga for all fitness levels.  Gain strength and flexibility while achieving a strong mind body connection.  Bring your favorite yoga mat and a beach towel to place under your mat in case the grass is damp!

  • Early Resident Savings –(ERS) Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS). The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process. Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
