Yoga - Early Morning Yoga - NEW!
Morning Yoga is the perfect way to begin your day. It's a gentle restorative approach to yoga for all fitness levels to give you energy and help you focus throughout your day. You will gain strength and flexibility in your muscles while having a strong mind body connection.
Instructor: Aesha Tahir, AFFA Certified Personal Trainer, AFFA Certified Group Ex Instructor, Cardio Sport Instructor, Tabata Boot camp Instructor, and Barre Above Instructor

Early Resident Savings –(ERS)
Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS).
The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process.
Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
You will receive a confirmation of your registration via email after you register.
