Barre Core

Barre Core is a dance/ballet-based class choreographed to music with the addition of ab work and stretching.  The class starts out with a focus on glutes and hips using body weight only by mixing ballet with functional training and ending with floor work for those abs.  Touches of Pilates and Yoga are scattered throughout to sculpt slim and stretch your entire body.

Participants should bring a mat 2-3 lb weights optional
